Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
Saab is committed to compliance with applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate. This extends throughout our supply chain, and we expect all Saab suppliers to share and uphold this commitment.
As a Saab supplier, you are required to ensure that the products, software, technology, and services you provide to Saab comply with applicable export control and sanctions requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, providing:
- all export control classifications and restrictions for your deliverables and parts thereof,
- a confirmation that no party in your supply chain would cause a sanction breach for Saab,
- a confirmation that no deliverable from your supply chain would cause a sanction breach for Saab, and
- a notification to Saab of any issues that may affect compliance or deliveries to Saab.
