Solna,
Sweden
Closing date: 11 March 2026

Want to influence the bigger picture? At Saab, you can realise amazing innovations that keep people and societies safe. Together, we can truly make an impact – and your part matters

Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Continuity and Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our operations and managing risks, with a particular focus on information security. Your expertise and contributions will be crucial in safeguarding our assets, both in standard operations and in the event of a crisis.

The Continuity and Risk Manager role combines the disciplines of continuity planning and information security risk management. Your work will focus on protecting our information assets, ensuring our operational resilience, and maintaining trust in our operational framework both within the organisation and towards our stakeholders.

You will be part of a close-knit team focusing on information management and security, working closely with business operations. The team consists of four members and has a positive, collaborative atmosphere. Colleagues have a high intellectual level combined with a humble, down-to-earth mindset. The role involves a high degree of independent work, where each individual drives their own tasks. At the same time, there is strong collaboration and knowledge sharing, allowing team members to benefit from each other’s expertise and perspectives to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity plans.

  • Continuously assess and improve our understanding of existing and future information assets, their characteristics, and the need for safeguarding.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to information security.

  • Provide training and awareness on risk management and information security.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with great relationship-building skills who can manage collaborative situations efficiently. In this role, you are comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your responsibilities. While the position is not managerial, it requires strong self-leadership and the ability to thrive in an environment defined by freedom with responsibility. You are confident in expressing your views, challenging ideas constructively, and actively leveraging the team’s collective knowledge to achieve the best outcomes.

You have a natural ability to build strong relationships, develop key competencies, and establish trust across the organization. You are resilient under pressure, unafraid of making mistakes, and willing to challenge the status quo when needed. You demonstrate true GRIT, able to move forward even when not all information or answers are available. Most importantly, you are not afraid to speak up and call out issues when something does not add up. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and want to be part of something new and bold, this is your chance to make a real difference. Join us and help secure the future.
