We are seeking a Communications Manager to focus on internal communication within Saab's corporate communications function.
Your Role
You will be part of a dedicated team, Group Function Internal Communication, tasked with supporting Saab's business plan through delivering world-class internal communication. This team works in close cooperation with all internal communications managers, and others, globally.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will continuously plan, produce, publish, and analyse internal communications to align with Saab's business plan.
- You will act as an internal motivator and advisor in the field of communication and communicative leadership.
- Additionally, you will create texts, videos, and photos, as well as source these materials from external agencies.
Your Profile
You should be a team player with an operational mindset and a deep understanding of Saab’s strategy. You should be target-driven, goal-oriented, and have a commercial approach with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable driving and leading your work independently while also collaborating with others. A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to prioritise are essential. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, is required.
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant academic background, preferably in corporate communication or a related field. You have a strong ability to understand business issues and translate them into strategic communication plans.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
