Your role
The role is to support Procurement team transforming towards busy operations, you will be responsible for various activities involved in Procure to Pay:
- Validate and manage all operational purchasing activities such as Purchase Requests, RFQs, Issuance of Purchase Orders
- Monitor and expedite order book with suppliers meet their commitments in accordance with purchase orders.
- Ensure delivery discrepancies, returns, claims, supplier invoices are processed timely.
- Ensure all procurement related information is tracked and documented as per procedure.
- Ensures that appropriate documentation is provided to logistics/transportation & warehouse organization so that proper receipt is recorded.
- To maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
- Coordination with logistics for goods deliveries
- Support and liaise on access formalities for supplier for material deliveries.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in Procurement
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good general knowledge of computer systems.
- Basic purchasing and logistic education.
- Ability to contribute towards operations improvement.
- High capacity to acquire, apply and share knowledge.
- Ability to maintain cooperation with customers and suppliers internally and externally.
- A positive, proactive “can do” attitude and multi-tasking.
- Good command of English, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to apply a structured working approach and consistent in using established processes and work instructions.
- Driver’s license
This position requires that you will be approved in a security vetting in accordance to ISO:27001+
