Production Engineer

Stockholm - Järfälla, Sweden

We are looking for a Production Engineer to be a part of our daily operation.

Your role

As a production engineer your responsibility is to support, develop and improve the entire production process of PCBA, together with our skilled operators and subcontractors. In your daily work you will support production and be the driver of handling quality deviation, support operators with work instructions and technical questions in the production processes. You will prepare and improve our processes for example surface mounting techniques or prepare machines such as selective soldering, reflow oven and screen printing. In your role you will work with PCBA design team where you have the responsibility to give technical feedback regarding producibility of the design of PCBA, both for prototypes and serial production.

Your Profile

Since we work in the absolute forefront of technology, we assume that you have genuine knowledge and great interest in circuit board manufacturing or an academic background with a focus on electronics design. You have general knowledge about quality improvements and have the mindset of always improving your daily work for you and others.

We would like you to:

  • Have an Bachelor or Master level within electronic engineering or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent skills in Swedish and in English, verbal as well as in writing

  • Awareness of IPC-A-610 and ANSJ STD-001

  • Be structured, quality-conscious, proactive and communicative

  • Have experience from manufacturing Circuit Boards

  • Be positive and likes to work with varied tasks and teams

  • Be used to take own initiatives and open to new challenges

Additional skills:

  • Soldering certificate or experience from FSD5115 and FSD5117

  • Expertise regarding how to design and produce PCB´s and PCBA´s

  • Practical experience regarding different surface mounting techniques or machines such as selective soldering, reflow oven, and screen printing

  • Additional languages such as French and German is of value

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
