We are looking for a business minded, experienced and driven Project Manager (m/f/d), for a permanent full-time position for Saab Poland in Warsaw.

Your role:
- Managing a project, to be integrated centrally by the lead system integrator in Germany
- Managing activities of the project team of service engineers and technicians
- Enable the project team and coordinate with Back-office Manager in Germany on logistics processes at different sites in Poland
- Follow up activities defined for Service Engineers in cooperation with System Engineer Lead and Customer Support Lead from Germany
- Support onsite activities at varying sites
- Setting to work and testing of RF-related systems and software-based control and management
- Coordinate and support training on systems
- Inspections and documentation with end-users and logistics units at different sites
- Handover to end-user incl. quality checks technical documentation
- Support global lead integration with applicable documentation
- Support lead integration with local commercial aspects
- Follow up of milestones defined by lead integrator in Germany
- Follow up activities with local suppliers
- Report to Program Manager in Germany
Your profile:
- Academic Degree in electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science or similar
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2 are beneficial but not prerequisite
- Several years of professional experience as a system engineer, as a development engineer or in technical product management in complex projects
- Willing to work with high-end technology/products
- A military career is an advantage
- Domain knowledge in the area of government or RF-based systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Analytical approach, initiative and structured working style
- You act in a team-oriented manner and have a confident demeanour, negotiation skills and strong communication skills
- Preferred residence either Gdansk or Warsaw regions
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Poland and Europe
- Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
