  • Coach and guide development teams in interpreting and delivering on system-level requirements in an iterative, value-driven way.

  • Arrange and lead training sessions to promote best practices in writing clear, testable, and implementation-ready requirements.

  • Contribute to transformation programs focused on improving engineering governance, advancing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices, modernizing digital toolchains, and enhancing cross-discipline collaboration.

  • Engage with product management and senior systems engineers to help define backlogs and capabilities that reflect high-level requirements and system constraints.

  • Drive traceability, compliance, and validation while supporting the flexibility demanded by agile methods.

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or a related technical field. You have a strong passion for driving change, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, and evolving the way we work.
