Your Role

As Risk Manager, you are responsible to ensure risk management is an integrated part of the everyday work in business area Surveillance across all parts of the organisation. Key for success is managing the balance between driving the risk management processes and improvement initiatives across the organisation, while also supporting individual projects with risk related activities and deliverables.

You main responsibilities will be:

  • Risk management process and framework, and its implementation across the whole Surveillance organisation

  • Providing risk management training and support on BA, BU and PU levels

  • To plan, establish, lead, follow up, review and support the work with risk management within a number of processes, including Winning Business and Business Continuity Management

  • Work with Enterprise Risk Management, managing risks across the organisation and taking an end-to-end process perspective.

  • Ensure that risk management indeed adds value to the business and makes it more efficient

Your Profile

You have the ability to look at the big picture and are not afraid to dig into both smaller and larger tasks. We also believe that you have a high level of integrity, are communicative, analytical and enjoy working with improvements.

Required skills:

  • Degree in engineering, or equivalent educational or working experience. A masters degree is meritorious.

  • Preferably 10-15 years experience in risk management  

  • Experience from product development projects in areas of electronics, mechanics, software or systems

  • Broad understanding and practical experience of quality systems and risk management standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13000

  • Experience in challenging and supporting teams and individuals within risk management

  • Enjoy sharing your expertise and knowledge, and be comfortable in teaching and training others

  • Knowledge and experience of problem solving, improvement and analytical tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, written and verbal

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
