Your role as a Systems Engineer
Are you ready to be a valuable part of our systems engineering team at Giraffe 1X and contribute with your foundational knowledge in the field? As a Systems Engineer at G1X, you will work within a cross-functional team collaborating closely with product managers, project managers, as well as development and verification engineers.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling multiple smaller projects simultaneously, interpreting and breaking down customer requirements, and ensuring alignment with our product platform and architecture. You will need to prioritize effectively, stay organized, and coordinate various parts of the projects to ensure smooth deliveries.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in working with system requirements and cross-disciplinary coordination, while receiving support from more experienced colleagues.
Your profile
- Technical education in engineering with foundational knowledge of systems engineering and requirements management and at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with system requirements.
- Ability to think systemically and understand solutions from a holistic perspective.
- Comfortable managing several tasks and projects at the same time with strong prioritization skills.
- A proactive problem-solver who isn’t afraid to try different approaches and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of project threads and coordinate different project parts.
- Confident in seeking input and support from colleagues, with excellent social skills and a humble, collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
- Enjoy working in a team and thrive in an international environment.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to grow in the role.
- Willingness to travel when required.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply. The location of the role will be in Mölnlycke.
