Job Description:
Saab, Inc. in Oceanside is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to manage warehouse activities at the Training & Simulation maintenance and logistics facility. Our team is looking for someone who is organized and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
Manages multiple types of inventory- Company Owned, CLS, etc.
Manages and performs Shipping and Receiving for both CONUS and OCONUS shipments
Manages and performs packaging and palletizing of shipments
Utilizes company systems to receive, store and manage inventory
Conducts periodic inventory/property audits
Supports government inventory/property audits
Manages warehouse workflow
Implements industry best practices regarding stores management
Assists the Site Lead with anticipating and managing spare parts requirements
Compensation Range: $21.45-$25.20/hr

When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:
7+ years' experience in Warehouse, Supply or Logistics Management
Experience with import and export shipping and receiving
Experience with Government property management processes- GCSS, property books, etc.
Experience utilizing automated inventory management systems
Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
Former USMC SNCO (SSgt or Above) preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Must have a valid US Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., stand and walk for long periods
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
