Welcome to the naval side of life! We are now looking for a software architect to join our naval product team. You will be working with our 9LV Combat Management and Fire Control System currently being developed and delivered to more than ten customers in different countries. Development is ongoing in multiple locations in Australia, Sweden and Finland all striving to deliver the striking performance of 9LV. Your role
The SW architect is responsible for driving the product towards a truly modular and reusable architecture, laying the foundation for profitability in a business environment where the customers have different and sometimes conflicting requirements. The role focuses on the technical aspects of the software product. You will work in a team led by our 9LV Chief Architect and in close contact with product management, customer stakeholders and the development organisation to make sure the developed solution is a match for both current and future systems.
The SW architect is the decision authority for the 9LV SW Design Board which covers areas such as critical SW queries that affect multiple customer projects and decisions on implementation strategies based on prepared proposals.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
