Your role
BU Surface Sensor Solutions is responsible for a broad and advanced portfolio of surface-based radar and electronic warfare sensors, as well as ground combat systems across both land and naval domains.
We operate internationally, with a presence in Sweden, Finland, Germany, and the UK, and conduct business globally. We continue to expand both in business volume and in people, offering an exciting and dynamic environment.
As our Strategy and Portfolio manager you will act as a central coordinator and coach for product-related practices. You will support our Product Managers in documenting and managing their offerings, while ensuring alignment with our Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) framework. You will also serve as a key support to the Head of Portfolio and Product Strategy, helping manage the administrative and coordination aspects of portfolio management.
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our product discipline and ensuring consistency across our business unit’s portfolio management processes, with the main responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Portfolio and Product Strategy
- Supervise and coach Product Managers
- Own and administer portfolio governance forums
- Drive PLCM process adherence
- Enable portfolio transparency and control
Your profile
This role combines administrative excellence, process ownership, and coaching, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of governance, structure, and collaboration.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with portfolio, product, or project management processes
- Ability to support, guide, and coach stakeholders in structured ways of working
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with governance or documentation tools (Phoenix experience is a plus)
Preferably you also have:
- Knowledge of PLCM or similar lifecycle frameworks
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
