We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer for PU Integrated Systems within the Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions.
The Business Unit Surface Sensor Solutions is part of Surveillance and has more than 2,000 employees globally, with a strong presence in Sweden, Finland, Germany, and the UK.
Surface Sensor Solutions provides ground-based and naval radar and electronic surveillance solutions. The business unit has a strong presence in the global defense and security markets, maintains close relationships with customers, and engages in rewarding international collaborations.
Your role
The Business Area Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, surveillance and decision support, and threat detection and protection. The portfolio includes airborne, ground-based, and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems, and command and control solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall system design in programs and complex projects within the Surface Sensor Solutions domain. As a program system engineer, you will act as the technical lead to set expectations and meet deadlines. You will drive requirement allocation and oversee development to ensure that our systems meet client needs. You will work closely with both our customers and our internal stakeholders and subprojects.
You will also participate in risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential issues. Furthermore, you will prepare documentation for design reviews, conduct reviews with customers, ensure requirements traceability, and manage configurations.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Systems Engineer who is eager to learn and always seeks to improve. You actively support and contribute to an innovative engineering culture.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, with a strong background in requirements management.
- Experience with system architecture and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
