Your role
We are looking for a person with experience in testing of complex software and interest in test automation. As a Test Engineer, you will perform and coordinate the planning and execution of software tests that are performed together with our customer projects. The role also include configuration of test environment and troubleshooting.
You will work in close collaboration with systems engineering and define appropriate tests for existing and future functions, in complex technical systems.
In your role you will be responsible for amongst other things:
- Systems integration, test and verification and validation
- Define and maintain a common workflow regarding Integration and Verification, both from a product as well as a project perspective
- Define and drive automation of selected test areas as well as workflow automation
- Plan and improve our processes, activities and operations continuously

This work includes communication in various forms, both within the team and with other teams and project leads.
To work as a Test Engineer means that you have to understand system behavior and performance. Your responsibility covers the planning and preparation of test environment as well as test execution, and reporting of the test outcome for the products.
Required skills:
- Bachelor in Engineering or similar
- At least two years of documented experience from software testing
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
- Knowledge in systems engineering i.e. requirements and corresponding tests
- Strong analytic skills
- Structured in your work
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of Jira
- Knowledge of Linux
- Trouble shooting in complex systems
- Experience from integration of complex computer systems, test automation or software development
- Understanding of requirement and compliance work
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around / of security protection.
