Your Role
Our Business Area Surveillance is at the forefront of developing advanced surveillance systems for maritime, air, and ground domains. By combining cutting-edge technology with deep domain expertise, we deliver solutions that enhance situational awareness and security.
As a Visit Relations Manager within our Business Area Surveillance, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, military personnel, and industry partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Saab's interests are represented and understood.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate high-level visits, conferences, and events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between Saab and external parties, providing clear and concise communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on visit outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and any follow-up actions required.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans to enhance Saab's reputation and influence in the defence and security sectors.

Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience from a similar role, ideally within the defence, security, or public sector. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Highly organized and structured in your approach, you are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
To succeed in this role, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage. You are driven, adaptable, and take ownership of your work, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
