Saab presents the results for January-September 2023.
Saab’s underwater systems supported elements of two ‘operational experimentation exercises’ involving over 2,000 civilian and military personnel from 15 NATO nations, Ireland and Sweden.
The last four pilots completed the Delta Conversion Training at the Swedish Air Force, which included theoretical and practical classes, as well as simulator flights.

Two advanced Gripen E Mission Trainers were installed in Brazil, at the Anápolis Air Base (BAAN) in the state of Goias. The BAAN is also the home of the 1st Air Defense Group (1st GDA) - the squadron that operates the Gripen fighters in Brazil.

The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) held a ceremony on 19 December at the Anápolis Air Base (BAAN) marking the beginning of operational activities of the Gripen E fighters (referred to as Gripen F-39 in Brazil) by the First Air Defense Group (1st GDA).
Saab will be at the 7th Mostra BID, on December 6-8, at the Ulysses Guimarães Convention Centre in Brasilia (DF). The event is part of the annual calendar of security and defence industries in Brazil and international delegations.
