Join our growing team as a Product Support Engineer specializing in the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) domain and play a key role in delivering excellence across the product lifecycle.
Your role
As product support engineer within the ILS domain, you act as the technical bridge between engineering and support solutions for customers. You will ensure our product meets operational, maintainability, reliability and support requirements thru the lifecycle of the product.
This is a hands-on, cross functional engineering role where you:
Develop and maintain ILS documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product supportability and reliability
Contribute to spares planning, obsolescence management, and lifecycle cost optimization
Support reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis
Analyze field issues and coordinate root cause investigations
The purpose of ILS is to create systems that are durable, require minimal maintenance, and, when necessary, are easy to maintain—thereby reducing costs throughout the entire lifecycle.
Your profile
We are looking for an individual with strong technical competence and a genuine passion for technology. You may be a qualified engineer or have another relevant technical education. Alternatively, you may have a background from the Armed Forces, where you have held a role within technical services.
The work takes place in an international environment where you need to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
Key qualities for this role include independence, the ability to build and maintain relationships, strong planning skills, and a clear customer focus. You should be analytical, methodical, and structured, while also demonstrating a high capacity to deliver in complex situations.
We believe that you have:
A Master’s degree in engineering (i.e. automation, electronics, telecom, mechanics, mechatronics, engineering physics) or other relevant education
At least 2 years of professional experience in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) engineering in an industrial environment. Knowledge of testability concepts is appreciated
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
