Your role

Saab Kockums is looking for a Supply Chain Security Officer. In this role you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of everyday business, alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.
Your operational role as a Supply Chain Security Officer is to build and strengthen a general security culture within the business unit and develop security work based on external and internal security protection requirements.
Your main tasks will be:
- Creating security protection requirements, non-disclosure agreements
- Ensuring compliance with security requirements and procedures, conducting risk assessments and monitoring risks in the supply chain
- Supporting procurement functions in managing security requirements
- Collaborating with other supply chain security officers and stakeholders to improve practices and processes
- Informing and conducting training both internally and externally
You will be based in Karlskrona. We are a global company working in an international context meaning both domestic and international travel will be required.
Your profile
Desired skills:
- Documented experience of security work and/or training in this area
- Experience working with or against vendors
- Ability to communicate and compromise with your surroundings
- Structured, analytical and flexible
- Experience in working with Swedish Security Protection Act
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience and expertise in security protection, information security, cybersecurity, risk management, procurement, security in the supply chain or similar areas
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
- Experience working with legal frameworks e.g. ISO 28000

You understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment. As a Supply Chain Security Officer at Saab Kockums, you are likely to get in contact with classified information. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
