Saab Australia Chief Operating Officer Appointed to Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre Board

Saab Australia’s Chief Operating Officer, Ben Gulliver, has been appointed to the board for The Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre.

“It’s an exciting time to join the board for The Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre (A3C), as we see significant growth in the cyber industry within Australia and on a global scale”, says Ben Gulliver.

“The A3C is a hive of activity, providing pathways and recruitment for cyber careers, a Cyber Test Range allowing industry to conduct security testing, and training across all levels of organisations. Specialist companies from a broad range of sectors have come together and created a hub for collaboration, education and ultimately innovation for the future of Australia’s cyber resilience."

With over a decade of experience in the defence industry, including extensive senior leadership and advisory roles, Ben Gulliver joins the A3C board at a pivotal time as the importance of enhancing Australia’s cyber resilience continues to grow.

“As Chair of the A3C Board, I am pleased that someone of Ben's skills, capability and leadership experience is joining as our sixth Director”, says Kim Scott.

“We look forward to welcoming him to the Board and leveraging his strong financial and commercial acumen to the benefit of the A3C as we enter our second full year of operations and move towards financial self-sufficiency.

I am confident that through his deep understanding of the benefits and challenges of cyber, combined with a successful track record of delivering business operations, Ben will contribute significantly to the success of the organisation over the course of his three year term.”
